Support Worker – Corserv Care

Salary: £12.63 per hour

Hours: Morning hours available 7:00 to 14:00 and afternoon 17:00 until at the latest 22:30. Working pattern to be discussed at interview, with every other weekend free.

Contract: Permanent

Location: Liskeard. The team mainly covers Liskeard, Callington, Saltash, Torpoint, Looe, Launceston and other parts of east Cornwall as and when required. 

Job details: As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver person-centred care to help individuals remain safely in their homes. You’ll follow care plans, promote independence, dignity and wellbeing, and work with families and professionals. Duties include personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, and community support. You’ll maintain accurate records, uphold health and safety standards, monitor wellbeing, and ensure safeguarding, while committing to continuous development and training.

Bank Support Worker – Respite Services

Salary: £12.63 per hour

Hours:  Our day shifts start from 7:00am onwards, with split shifts available if required and waking night shifts from 10:00pm until 8:00am in the morning. 

Contract: Zero Hours contract (which is separate to your permanent contract) 

Location: The closest base to your home location. There is a requirement to be flexible and work across the three Respite Services:
The Bungalow in Penzance, TR18 3PN
Lowena in Truro, TR1 1JX
Chy Koes/Tregarne in St Austell, PL25 5QE

Job details: We're looking for a proactive Support Worker to join our team of Bank Workers working across Respite Services and other services of Corserv Care, as and when required. In this key role, you'll provide vital adhoc shift cover on a zero hours contract basis, giving you the opportunity to gain extra hours, as well as skills and experience within other parts of the organisation, and exposure to new teams, service users and work locations. Part-time Support Worker 

Salary: £12.63 per hour, guaranteed paid hours, travel time and mileage. 

Hours: 37 hours per week, working across days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins according to the rota. Part time morning hours available 7:00 to 14:00. 3 days per week. Working pattern to be discussed at interview. 

Contract: Permanent

Location: Liskeard Office. The team mainly covers Liskeard, Callington, Saltash, Torpoint, Looe and other parts of east Cornwall as and when required.

Call Handler (Nights)/ TEC Officer  

Salary: £12.63 per hour, guaranteed paid hours, travel time and mileage. 

Hours: 37 per week across a 5 week rota. Working 12 hour shifts night time, 7pm to 7am.  Also, some days 7am to 7pm.  When we are short staffed, we will ask night time staff workers to move to days & visa-versa. Also there are some day shifts in the night time rota (Approx 3 days in a 5 week rota).

Location: Corserv Care Lifeline, Office 21, Victoria Commercial Centre, Station Approach, Victoria, Roche, ST Austell PL26 8LG.

Job details: In this key role, you'll provide vital support responding promptly and professionally to incoming emergency calls from our Corserv Care clients. You will also be expected to respond to out of hours calls on behalf of Housing Associations and Local Authority partners, including emergency housing repairs, homeless assessments, and lone worker monitoring, as well as providing advice and assistance in response to general enquiries.
