What we do

We work in partnership with healthcare professionals and local communities to offer high-quality care in Cornwall.

Corserv Care is part of the Corserv Group and provides a range of services under one brand.

Leading the way in delivering the best possible care services, we empower change and enhance quality of life. Our work is made possible by a committed and creative team, with positivity, innovation, collaboration and trust driving what we do and how we do it.

With personalised care options, Corserv Care empowers people to improve their quality of life, whether this is in the short term (such as following a hospital discharge) or for an extended period.

Corserv Care joins a number of established Cornish companies which currently make up the Corserv Group. These include Cormac, Cornwall Airport Newquay, Corserv Facilities, and Corserv Care. These are all brought together under the Corserv banner.

Corserv Care represents the services that we have been delivering to the people of Cornwall under the Cormac brand for a number of years. It brings together existing services STEPS, Corcare and Trefula House care home, to improve the quality, capacity and resilience of the care market in Cornwall in partnership with the Local Authority.

In addition, we offer a Care and Support service for private and funded customers in Cornwall. As part of this service, we deliver high-quality care in the community, supporting customers to live independently in their own homes.

Our Tech Enabled Care service offers a range of technology such as Lifeline alarm systems to give you peace of mind and help prevent unnecessary intervention.

The focus of the company is to deliver high quality, personalised care in partnership with health and the voluntary community. Our services are key in supporting health and social care in Cornwall, and our focus is very much supporting people’s independence. Working on the frontier between health and social care, we help individuals focus on building their strengths and achieving their goals.

There is also ambition to expand the portfolio of services. We hope this will provide stability within the market and ensure availability of high-quality care for people with complex needs and challenging behaviours in Cornwall.

We believe it’s our responsibility to be forward thinking, and to consistently seek new and improved ways of helping people. We also know that listening is a vital part of care, and see our work as a partnership: we’re here to learn what you need, want, and find most successful. In this way, we can get to know you and your personal goals, whether you’re a service user or relative, or even a new member of our team.
