We support people with learning disabilities and complex additional needs using a person-centred approach. We help individuals to explore and experience new activities and to reach their potential and live fulfilling lives in the way that they choose.
We are fully inclusive and support people both at the Bridge and in the community while also meeting their daily basic needs in a respectful and dignified way. We offer a varied choice of activities. We work alongside health professional social care.
