The outcome of this is assessment is that the auditor advised that Trefula House is fully compliant across all standards of care being delivered within the service, which is rarely seen in Cornwall. This is a true reflection of the enormous commitment the team have given over the years to improving the care for residents and their families within Trefula House - well done to everyone who has contributed to this excellence in service!
