People Coordinator – East Cornwall

Salary: £25,500 pro rata

Contract: Fixed Term 6 months 

Hours: Full Time or Part Time

Location: East Cornwall

Job Details: Providing administration assistance to the People team, including note taking, working with data to support People initiatives and processes and contributing to department presentations. Act as a first line of enquiry for colleagues across CCL, including dealing with queries on Policies, Payroll, Pensions, Benefits, Holidays, Deductions etc. Working with the People Advisor (Resourcing), to support the recruitment, onboarding, induction, offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee journey.

Support Worker - STEPS West Team

Salary: £12.63 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time  

Location: West Cornwall 

Job Details:

  • Supporting and assessing individuals within their own homes.
  • Supporting service users to access community opportunities.
  • Working with families, healthcare professionals and occupational therapists.
  • Supporting service users with their daily living skills. Including personal care, meal preparation & housekeeping.

  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to distressed individuals.
  • Accurately document call details and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with emergency contacts, dispatchers and other agencies to facilitate timely and effective assistance.
