Job details: As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver person-centred care to help individuals remain safely in their homes. You’ll follow care plans, promote independence, dignity and wellbeing, and work with families and professionals. Duties include personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, and community support. You’ll maintain accurate records, uphold health and safety standards, monitor wellbeing, and ensure safeguarding, while committing to continuous development and training.

Salary: £12.63 per hour

Location: Bude and East Cornwall area

Job details: As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver person-centred care to help individuals achieve their outcomes and maintain independence at home. You’ll follow care plans, support daily living tasks, and promote dignity, wellbeing, and safety.
