Call Handler (Nights)/ TEC Officer  

Salary: £12.63 per hour, guaranteed paid hours, travel time and mileage. 

Hours: 37 per week across a 5 week rota. Working 12 hour shifts night time, 7pm to 7am.  Also, some days 7am to 7pm.  When we are short staffed, we will ask night time staff workers to move to days & visa-versa. Also there are some day shifts in the night time rota (Approx 3 days in a 5 week rota).

Location: Corserv Care Lifeline, Office 21, Victoria Commercial Centre, Station Approach, Victoria, Roche, ST Austell PL26 8LG.

Job details: In this key role, you'll provide vital support responding promptly and professionally to incoming emergency calls from our Corserv Care clients. You will also be expected to respond to out of hours calls on behalf of Housing Associations and Local Authority partners, including emergency housing repairs, homeless assessments, and lone worker monitoring, as well as providing advice and assistance in response to general enquiries.

Support Worker – Morley Tamblyn Lodge

Salary: £12.63 per hour

Hours: 29.6 per week.

Contract: Permanent

Location: Morley Tamblyn Lodge, Liskeard, PL14 4EN

Job details: As a Support Worker, you’ll ensure that the day opportunity services offered by Corserv Care maximise independence, enable access to local opportunities and help to meet the outcomes that people want to meet, thus supporting people to live full meaningful lives. You'll encourage individuals in their daily activities, provide appropriate levels of support and assist individuals in accessing opportunities or experiences both onsite and in the community.
