Digital Implementation & Change Support Officer

Salary: £26,790.00-£36,647.00 per year

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 

Contract: 12 month Fixed Term contract

Location: Bodmin PL31 2FR, with hybrid working. 

Other: You will need to be able to travel to various sites across Cornwall to work with the Care teams including offices in Scorrier, Liskeard, and Bodmin.

Call Handler (Hybrid) - Technology Enabled Care Officer (TEC)

Salary: £24,308 per year

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 

Contract: Permanent

Location: Roche, PL26 8LG

Job details: We're looking for a Call Handler to take emergency response calls, assess the nature of each call, determine the level of urgency, and gather essential information. Coordinating with emergency services, such as medical, police, or fire, where applicable. This is an essential role in supporting people in Cornwall to return to or remain in their homes and to be as safe and independent as possible with the use of technology enabled care such as lifeline alarms and TEC equipment.

Customer Support - Technology Enabled Care (TEC)

Salary: £24,308 per year

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 

Contract: Permanent

Location: Roche, PL26 8LG, with hybrid working (Combining Office based work & installing TEC services at customer homes).

Job details: This is an essential role in supporting people in Cornwall to return to or remain in their homes and to be as safe and independent as possible with the use of TEC, such as the Lifeline alarm systems and other TEC equipment.
