People Coordinator – East Cornwall

Salary: £25,500 pro rata

Contract: Fixed Term 6 months 

Hours: Full Time or Part Time

Location: East Cornwall

Job Details: Providing administration assistance to the People team, including note taking, working with data to support People initiatives and processes and contributing to department presentations. Act as a first line of enquiry for colleagues across CCL, including dealing with queries on Policies, Payroll, Pensions, Benefits, Holidays, Deductions etc. Working with the People Advisor (Resourcing), to support the recruitment, onboarding, induction, offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee journey.

Area Supervisor Care & Support – East Cornwall

Salary: £13.68 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

Location: East Cornwall

Job Details: As an Area Supervisor your role will include supporting staff and the individuals who use our service in the community. You will be required to be a role model to staff providing hands on support and mentoring whilst supporting new staff achieve the required competency levels.
